This section describes the policies and procedure for ordering at Ionic Minerals.com. If
you would like to order individual items, please click on one of the online catalogue
categories to the left. Each category will display the items available. Each individual
item can be ordered from that item's respective individual page. Simply click on the
"Click To Buy" graphic to make your purchase or follow any one of the other
options available on those pages.

for good and services offered on the site:
CREDIT CARD
All credit card transactions are currently handled through Online Retailer CCNow. All
orders placed with Ionic Minerals.com will appear as charges assessed by CCNow on your
monthly statement. More information on CCNow policies is available by visiting the CCNow site. The question is, "Is

ORDER BY MAIL
NOTICE: All checks must be made out to Scot Brown. There are two order
forms available for ordering products from Ionic Minerals.com. The first is a complete
printed inventory of all products carried on the site. The second is a shorter
"blank" order form which allows the individual to fill in the items of interest.

Ionic Minerals.com now accepts payment using checks by fax. Simply print the order form of
your choice from the Order By Mail category above along with the easy-to-use Fax Form.
After completing the order form and attaching a signed check marked 'VOID' to the Fax
Form, you will be prepared to submit your order via fax. Simply fax these forms to Ionic
Minerals.com at (603) 415-9246 to place your order. For the terms of check payment via

CHECKS BY PHONE
That's right! Ionic Minerals.com can now accept orders paid using checks via the
telephone. New banking laws and software now offer customers the luxury of paying by check
while enjoying the instantaneous purchasing power of a credit card. Simply call Ionic
Minerals.com at (623) 873-8080 to submit your order. Please have a check available for
payment. You will be required to present information contained in the check for the
processing of all orders.
CHECKS BY EMAIL
For the fastest method of ordering without a credit card, you can now submit orders with
payment by check directly via email. This can be accomplished by utilizing the form
available in the Email Center.
By filling out the form available on this page along with the items ordered, you can send
your order at email speed to be processed immediately. Additionally, you can send a
scanned image of a signed check marked "VOID" as an email attachment to order@ionicminerals.com along with a detailed
description of the following:

- Name

- City, State, Postal Code

International orders will be gladly accepted. Please note
that all duties, taxes, etc. imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of
the Recipient. In addition, please check in advance to be sure your country will allow
importation of nutritional supplements prior to ordering such items. Payment for orders
will be accepted in the two following manners:
CREDIT CARD
All credit card transactions must be offered in US Funds. Once payment is approved, your
order will be filled and sent. Please be aware that all orders above $40 USD in value will
require the submission of physical proof of credit card number and signature. This is due
to an incomplete worldwide database system of security using address verification. This
will also guarantee confirmation of your order. Therefore, you will be required to offer
proof of these materials when orders exceed $40 USD. You will be sent an email indicating
the fax numbers to report such information. For your convenience, many locations are

ORDER BY MAIL
All international orders placed by mail must be accompanied by payment in US Funds. This
can be accomplished using international Money Orders in US Funds or Traveler's Cheques in
US Funds. Please note that all Money Orders and Traveler's Cheques must be made out to

No additional shipping charges are assessed for the
products shipped in the United States, unless otherwise indicated. International orders
will incur additional charges for shipping according to weight. At this time, please email
shipping@ionicminerals.com to obtain
shipping charges for specific international orders. IonicMinerals.com will ship orders
throughout the world and continental United States using FedEx, UPS, and the United States
Postal Service at the discretion of IonicMinerals.com. Items shipped in the United States
are usually shipped via Priority Mail. Some occasions occur when UPS is preferred. If you
have special shipping needs, please use the above email address to address these concerns.
Additional shipping may be required for rushed orders in the United States. Inquire above

Return Policy
The return policy set forth at IonicMinerals.com is as
follows:

Any item may be returned for a full-refund if returned within 30 days from purchase.
However, due to the nature of the minerals, it is highly suggested that all minerals be
used for 90 days prior to evaluating their effect. The benefits realized when using ionic
minerals tend to manifest more slowly. Therefore, the process may need more than 30 days
to develop. If products are damaged, you must notify Ionic Minerals.com within 3 days of
receiving damaged wares.
